PLAGIARY AND PAEDOPHILA
THE ACADEMY AND THE
CHURCH
I went from the
Academy into the Church. Then found I had to flee both.
Plagiary is everywhere in the Academy, by top
professors, beyond that by heads of state. Paedophilia
is everwhere in the churches, backed by bishops, even
cardinals.
Evil is the tending to
non-being. It undoes wisdom, undoes God.
I chose learning and the Gospel. Both are correctives to
evil.
Plagiary is done out of envy and laziness. However it is
academic protocol not to steal, but to acknowledge and
to cite one's sources. These then become not plunder,
but gifts, ever given anew. Where credit is given. And
truly earned. Plagiary is identity theft. When it is
colluded in by heads of state it can result in mass
murders of thousands of non-combatants, civilians,
women, children. It then robs countless bodies of their
life breaths, or mutilates and maims them, deafens them,
blinds them.
Paedophilia is a chain of crime, ever woven anew.
Victims have two alternatives, to coldly join and
destroy the institution that destroyed God, as
hypocrites like Moliere's Tartuffe, or to passionately
destroy themselves, with substance abuse, with
self-mutilating, with suiciding. The latter, often
drowning in their own vomit in the gutter, are the more
admirable. Paedophilia is soul theft, is soul murder.
The churches' crime is worse than the academies'. This
is how I lost my third son. In his case, done in the
academy but because of a chain of paedophilia done also
in the churches.
Both are cancers against happiness, against humanity,
against God. Their breeding place is in hierarchies, a
word unknown to the world of the Gospel, indeed invented
by a plagiarist, Pseudo-Dionysius the Areopagite, who
pretended he was at the Crucifixion but who lived
centuries later. Who stole the idenity of the real
Dionysius with Demaris on the Areopagus. Emperors and
kings, Popes and bishops, loved Pseudo-Dionysius' work
and propagated it in both the Orthodox and the Catholic
Churches to bolster their own un-Christ-like love of
power. They listened to the devil's temptations that the
Gospel has us renounce.
In the face of plagiarists and paedophiles it is
dangerous to be powerless, to be a woman, a child. They
gaslight.
Where have these crimes occurred? In my experience, or
in that of my immediate family, at Oxford, at Cambridge,
at Harvard, at Princeton, at Toronto, in the Church of
England, in the Church of Rome. Of all these bodies, Archbishop Rowan Williams corrected an
untruth, Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI
have done public penance, seeking so to heal victims.
Only this can undo plagiary and assuage paedophilia. The
hierarchy being humble to Truth. This is the Gospel.

Intellectual Property, Copyright and the Berne Convention:
'The 1886 Berne Convention first established recognition of
copyrights among sovereign nations, rather than merely
bilaterally. Under the Berne Convention, copyrights for creative works do not have to be asserted or declared,
as they are automatically in force at creation: an author need
not "register" or "apply for" a copyright in countries
adhering to the Berne Convention. As soon as a work is
"fixed", that is, written or recorded on some physical medium,
its author is automatically entitled to all copyrights in the
work, and to any derivative works unless and until the author
explicitly disclaims them, or until the copyright expires. The
Berne Convention also resulted in foreign authors being
treated equivalently to domestic authors, in any country
signed onto the Convention. The UK signed the Berne Convention
in 1887 but did not implement large parts of it until 100
years later with the passage of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act of
1988. The USA did
not sign the Berne Convention until 1989.'
