he Oblates of Santa Francesca
Romana in Rome live in a monastery called the Tower of
Mirrors. In prayer, yet exhibiting charity, removed from the
world by cloistering, they also live like Christ in the
midst of their teeming city. Indeed, they remind one of Mother Teresa's
Sisters of Charity. And this is true of all saints' lives,
this mirroring of Christ in their love of God and of
neighbour. We are all called to be saints, to hallow our
lives within God's hallowed Creation, to mirror reflect God
as do saints, in whose image we all are.
